Pretty smart of Admin, making it 20% , not 30%. They probably do it this way in fear of mages being able to dps even rogues. Hence the safety measure

Yes it stacks. The patch has enable all of the damage skills to be 20% faster in reloading speed. Heroic gloves is for your auto attack to be 30% faster.

The main reason why druids and mages have been bugging Admin for caster gloves is because casters dont have any lux gloves that gives them any benefit (Be it damage, reloading speed or energy reductione etc). The game engine does not support enabling caster gloves hence Admin may have decided to fix this with a free 20% faster cast speed for mages. (leaving druids out with no caster gloves )

Also remember pre patch . melee classes always have an advantage over mages. Melee (Auto attack enhanced by heroic gloves 30% & radiant gear + Skill Attack) wins Mages (Skill attack). With the patch now, it should bring closer the difference in total damage per second due to the 20% skill reloading speed.

Yes that's why go Rogue! They can auto auto auto auto auto auto cough cough auto auto auto. I blast a few spells and NO ENERGY, NO WAND, so I would say Mages are still screwed.

Like I said in my other posts. If OTM wants to populate their servers with only Rogues, their doing a great job!
