Yeah they are. I have prob gotten more Masters weapons than Apprentice ones. LOL! No complains in the luck department

What is it about the wand that makes it so good?
No other item except Aggra books provide a + skill bonus in that slot (main hand). It also provides a substantial focus bonus that also is unavailable for that slot (main hand).

The diamond wand does provide a nice benefit of raising fire/ice skills but nothing else comes close, including the Frozen wand.

All other weapons discovered so far, pale in comparison to the wand, relative to weapon class and lvl requirements.
