Perhaps. I spent near 3 weeks to get 3 earth red tbt (i got before meteoric sword and pants than boots), and was really dificult to get. Remember i paid more than 6k for one. Perhaps could be a little expensive but ask in Epona if any sell it cheaper. No many ppl are selling.
