Re: Selling quartz

I think Quartz and Diamond armors should sell half price at the store, as they will eventually become obsolete since meteoric is ridiculously easy to get and frozen is very common already. its only going to get easier to obtain this stuff and people will not be bothering to buy diamond armor or quartz as the upgrade armors will make them obsolete. and u dont see a problem with that regarding ancient armor and then redclaw etc because theres no upgrade armors for those levels.

People started saying this when astral armor came out. Despite that I've been able to sell two ancient items and a few redclaw items since then.

Yes, it is much, much harder to sell such items as it used to be. You see people selling ancient weapons and armor for stupidly cheap, but there will always be a new player buying them.

In fact, I envy the newer players having all these items already generated in game. I had to buy ALL of my weapons and armor, from redclaw to diamond straight from the vendor. Newer players won't have to because these items already exist. (In that manner, I expect there to be a pretty decent inflation boost in the next 6 months now that OW has been around for a bit due to a decent amount of money sinks in-game no longer being used/used as much. Lux store soaks up most of it though, but it won't be enough forever.)
