The patch is taking a bit longer than we originally estimated because there is a large amount of content that is being patched into the game.

Please be assured though that we are working as hard as we can to get the patch finished as quickly as possible.

For me this game is already getting boring and i hear a lot of other members explain the same concern. U set the bar high for the first 2 years always, then start being greedy with rare items. I certainly hope its including some charms with some great bonuses like the 20% xp charm as i have already bought last event which was awesome. Really hope the charms aren't just the crookback charms cause those were a severe disappointment. Well I look forward to see ur "surprise" i purchased 12000 plat so i hope this is t a disappointment as ur 1 year anniversary was. But im sure the leadership team aim to please so i await to see the decision on the direction this game is taking.

Maybe you should stop pretending your gna get the patch done in 30mins, be more realisitc and say its gna take about 2hours… as far as i can remember uve never released a patch in 30mins. Lesss people will harrass you that way, no one minds waiting, just gota be more truthful with how long its gna take.

The best estimate I can give is that the patch will be finished.

Which of course is about as useful as as an item of clothing which has zips that don't actually open any pockets.

I'm really sorry that I don't have any more solid information, I wish I did but I'm telling you as much as I know.
