Excuse me this is called a personal experience. Not everyone go through this on Mabon. My take, on the other hand, was referring to you getting the items you need to make it. We don't play nice when it comes to selling and obtain items. If you want to be in a boss fight, you need to show that you can contribute because there is no way that a high level will do the work just so a low level you did 10 damage could get it. You want to buy an item? Better have the funds, babe, because "please" and "this is all I have" just doesn't cut it. The aggressive state of mabon makes you work hard, makes you learn to nickel and dime, and makes you do what it takes to make it.

I'm not going to talk down on any other serves, but from what I read, they don't compare to the competitive spirit that mabon possesses. I haven't even started talking about the boss fights yet.

You are stuck on some bad traumatic experience that stopped you from leveling up at one point of time. Get over it. If the person who did it didn't apologize, they won't and if you let that stop you, then you are one of the ones that mentioned in my earlier post.

That being said, maybe Mabon isn't right for you.

I agree, it's personal experience. For the record, its never been about me getting items. I have all the diamond and lux items to make me happy. For better or worse, a player can just use the plat shop to equip themselves. Success is never measured in gear on a cash-shop game. Im not talking about bossing either. I've healed pretty much every fight in the game save some in ow. Im talking about just what i said. Players being assholes because they can.
I'll admit i have an unhealthy attachment to the second incident above from long ago regarding Bonlucky laying waste to every coldseer in shalemont because i wouldn't join Rebelz. But just yesterday i got ks'ed multiple times soloing trees. Trees i had engaged with spells, damaged and pulled to a corner out of the path of other mobs. Im dying to know how a player can see a mob standing at the zone edge wall, making combat animations and missing 10-20% of its health can be mistaken for unengaged. The answer is they can't. But they saw a druid, and knew they could out-dps me so they did.
Maybe its not every players experience on mabon. But it's mine, and it didn't happen ever in the 40-odd levels i spent on Rosmerta.

Im going to leave this alone now, so as to not make a general discussion forum more polluted with serve specific drama.

I understand that we have some jerks, but they are everywhere. If Rosmerta makes you happy, then I hope OTM makes it you can one day take your druid with you.
