I bougth a skeleton charm log off the. Try log back in and doesnt load the game on the particulaly char

The idevices let me log another chars in the same account , diferent account chars . only thin i add was a skeleton charm wth.

Don't think it's the charms. I am at work only thing I started were couple of quests. I logged off cause boss came:) now can't log back on. I can logg with my alt but not with my main. Can you please fix this asap. Name is naruto2

Same for me...after i bought the 500k broom...i cant log now:/

A few ppl who bougth items first are bugged out the gane my main is and this so annoying because is their end i want see their respnse to this and what they will compesante.

I dont want hear delete and reinstall the app because the app work in the same account with diferent chars . I hope is only log issue and i dont losse anything .

My char is on in the clan list but can used it get frozen loading the game at 10% woth more ppl staing the same is their end not mine.

I am having the same problem. No items purchased, but I have gotten quest items and Halloween specific items. Please let us know that this will be fixed quickly.

Im also having the 10% bug. But I haven't bought any items, I can log into my other characters, And I have activated the pumpkin helm quest, picked up one orange pumpkin and activated all the armor quests. I also opted for the robe daily.
