Hey admin. Is there better armor sold by vendors?

Hey this will be the top armour for the Stonevale zone, the quests involve handing in drops from the bosses, and the bosses can drop multiple items per kill. In general this will be the best armour in the game so far.

The stats and look are being finalised on Monday so these pictures are from work in progress versions but they give an overall idea of what the armour will be like.

Hey beta testers I have a question for you. Maybe you could help me out with the answer. The Golden Amulet of rejuvenation. How much does it regen per tick while in combat? I wOuld like too know this info. Before I buy it! If it's like 10 each mana and hp then it's worth buying. If not uh thats going too be a hard choice too make for me. Any info on this item would be great.
