Brooms should have never been brought back period! In a limited edition of 500, do you ever ever make more than 500? No you destroy the molds. Now that you broke that rule do you believe anyone will ever trust your word again? When the brooms came out last year it was virtually impossible to buy them without purchasing platinum. 300k when nobody had 100k.

I completly agree with deucaleon regarding the new brooms. you could have imagined something else. What aabout halloween 2013, 2014 ? Will you release even better brooms ? Come on. You could be better than that.

You indeed disrespected all your old customer base, that spent a lot to get these brooms and who were proud to have something special and rare. At least you should release a special APC able to upgrade our brooms against gold. Like the meteoric or frozen quests : we handle our brooms and get a better broom of doom, so we still keep original and powerful items !

Let's say you bought the new iPad the day it came out (like me) and while you waited in line you thought about Apple maybe releasing something new the following year, when you just bought this overpriced item that Microsoft makes for 1/800 of the cost. Now flashing forward, you buy this item and you enjoy it, but 11 months later you find out they made a new one that shoots laser beams in the eyes of your enemies. Should they not release their product just because you bought the previous year? Should they just let you upgrade your product just because you bought the old model when it was once new?

You are complaining because they released a better version of your out-of-date broom. What's the point? Oh yeah that's right OTM said they wasn't going to bring the BROOM OF DOOM back and you misunderstood it for them making brooms obsolete. This was a smart decision on OTM's part. Companies do it all the time. Apple sells a product, let the consumers advertise it (because they spent all this money on it and very well should), then make something that the people who didn't buy the last model, buy the new one.

Excellent job OTM. I'm sold.

Now my last point, before I put a end to your rant and laugh while you try some invalid point to mine, did you make any DECENT alternatives to a broom? A bat... Really now? We can't even get a horse to ride (not to mention you never saw anyone ride a bat, not even in movies). A vacuum...yeah let's remember we are playing Celtic Heroes and not America's Next Top Nanny.

I have seen all these people complain about how they wasted 1mill+ gold on the broom of doom and want others to suffer because you bought what you wanted to spend your money on. No one on the OMT forced you to do it. You did.

So my final words to you and everyone else that has the same views as you, congrats on your broom of doom. It is TRULY the original and I hope you can live with you decision.

I can understand your concern but think about it. it is a new patch, less than 24 hours old and people are flaming it. Why, because the people who like it are playing.

Please keep up the holiday events. I would suggest you have a library of modules that with a little change in graphics and rewards can be implemented with less effort.

My only suggestions are:
the witches spawn a little too slow
I really dont like how a high level toon can sign up for the low level armor quests. You cant have a low level toon sign up for high level quests. You get rejected with a message that says to level up. The lower level quests should give a message that says, "why are you here, go play with the big boys and let the little kids have their fun too." IMHO if you are over 40 levels above a holiday boss you should not be able to do any damage, and you should only be able to access one armor quest.

In general Nice Job.

However, if you had a smaller holiday patch and released an auction house and a trading system you would have made a lot of people very happy.

Seriously Admin, you know what this tells me? You don't have a lot of experience with MMO forums.

I appreciate that you try to listen to your player base, but seriously, does that need to include whinefests in FIRST DAY of patch??? NO FORUM should be visited by any game PTBs (power that bes) on patch day (heck or even patch week!).


Most of the whines can fall into these categories
1. OMG YOU SUCK, I CAN"T GET THIS XXXX ITEM RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW!
2. OMG YOU IDIOT! MY HARD WON XXXX FROM LAST YEAR IS NOT GODLY NOW!!!
3. OMG YOU DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME AND ONLY ME WHEN I TOLD YOU YOU NEED TO ADD XXXX!!!!

I think thats a good move. No idea it took so much time. The extra bosses are cool though, hope they stay for this new armor to be obtainable.

Idk what to said , admin as make clear until recently the they work parallel in updates and multiplataforms so I dot know what to think , i think the project multi-paltaform is consuming alot men hours , but the lack events make the game shrink , clear example mid-january to may. Game got so boring the players quit in the hundreds...

Are you aware that the MAJORITY of your players/customers are CHILDREN UNDER 18 WHO MAKE PURCHASES FROM MOMMY AND DADDY'S MONEY with iTunes gift apples.

Little children think *everything* is unfair and they want it all NOW NOW NOW. All the bad behavior in the game is caused by these children, who don't understand how the world works.

I like the event a lot and really appreciate the effort OTM has put into trying to make the game fair (which will never happen if high levels are allowed to do the same quests as low levels).

I see where you were trying to go w the bosses, but little children do'nt like to share, so people are still having troubles grouping. Just because they can. This is the only place in the whole wide world these kids have power, and they're gonna use it.

If the witches brew spawned more frequently, the rest of the wand quest would be PERFECT. WHY? Because we mid and low level players cannot afford the 70% movement speed required to out run the 125+ on the server. We dont stand a chance. Ten the high lvls try to sell us the wands to make yet still more money they dont need BECAUSE THEY ARE SELFISH CHILDREN.

SAME for camping the bosses for the shards.

I agree the only way to fix this is to have a boss level and higher or lower than 20 lvls do no damage. This will force people to group and stop hoarding and acting like children.

That being said, i also love the tasty quest because its daily and short and i don't have to gather a big group to do it.

Most gamers are not ultra-competitive, they are explorers and achievers and socializers NOT the killer persona. More cooperation and less bullying would make this game better, and teach these kids acting this way is not ok - even online.

So keep up the events, maybe a few tweaks as above, but overall I love the content- just needs to be a bit more balanced.

Honestly, if you just made it similar in scope as last year's Halloween event, I think it will have gotten a better reception. Events are meant to be enjoyed casually especially since it is for a limited time, no one is pressured into doing stuff every day. No farming, no grinding, no camping, no competing. Sometimes less is more.

The summer event was overwhelming, draining, and monopolized by top clan.

This event is at least overwhelming and draining.

But it has given me a little more impetus to level, for some reason lol. I won't be participating much in the event, it doesn't have much for me.

I think the events need to be put on **pause**.

Not ended, not forever, but if the community asks OTM to do a holiday update this year, the 4th Update will honestly roll out in Feburary. There is too much everyone is demanding them to do.

You ream them for the third update, they patch all summer content to make that update better, you ream them about camo charms, they put some form them back in game with brooms. They get reamed over classes, try to fix some. You ream them for epic events, and they hafta be at a loss for words and hours.

But sadly the real thing that loses out is our Update 4. We need, the game needs the new overall content to be added in the 4th Update but the community's ream-fest of "I want what I want when I want it..." will be forgotten when they are demanding OTM release a new update...in um a week.

When could they? When they were patching all summer? When they made a huge event filled with graphical and itemized, and boss and quest content for it's players...

The problem with our community right now the perspective. The "haters" may not be incorrect over all, but the attitude expressed and snowballed, oftentimes not by the people who start the posts, but by the hater-train that follows...and the tone becomes ridiculous and ridiculously short-sighted.

It's really hard to see clearly, let alone grab some perspective on the intentions of this company for its players when yer neck is stretching out yer colon. Plus it's rough on yer back, would make anyone grumpy. Stretch out your muscles, joints, compassion and perspective and maybe think about what they have done in trying to make this world that we all spend so much time in, worth it.

Wow, all this time spent into this event, only to watch it dissapeared in a month?

OTM, you did an AMAZING job on this event. Sure they are some bumps that could use rubbing, but then again what patch doesnt? Dnt let the haters get to you, just listen to the feedback people give, patch em and then BAM back on to business.

They got the general idea but the players asking for the camo protection were ppl under lvl 120 who doesnt have 500k+
They try it to fix the issue yes , but they aiming to wrong level players at lvl 150 doesnt get much aggro from 90% of the mobs on game why would he need a 75% speed and 50 camo protection.

No all worlds are the same what works in your world may not work in mine , economies are diferent on each world .
