So, I was thinking...

I neeeeedddd a million dollar broom.. Which is tough cos I have no money atm..
It also sucks because we only have a month to buy it.. Which means I need:
1 000 000/4 = 333, 333 per week.
333, 333/7 Means I need 47619 Gold per day.
That....is...just insane. I have my school tests coming up, which gives me even less time to farm due to study..
I'm pretty sure double plat will not happen when the event is on (I could be wrong) so I cant do it that way..

But blah blah who cares

Most people are complaining because they weren't given enough notice of the cost of the items, and now they have to farm like crazy for them.

So I was thinking, why not do a few double gold days to celebrate samhein?
The good lord piggybank has placed magical enchantments on all mobs, making them drop double gold.. Or something like that.
It'd help a lot for those saving for some of the more expensive items.

I think double gold would be awesome for the players that are trying to save for the 1mil broom. However I was farming gold for up to 2months before the event started as I expected top items.. I am going to enjoy the rarity of the 1mil broom

P.s. maybe it woulda been cool if you got the option (on a 1mil broom), to also have a built in growth/shrink charm, or it had different effects, as you can effectively get a 300k broom with the same effect.

I doubt it will happen, although I could be wrong. Admin made it clear in another thread somewhere that the 1 mil broom was meant for players who already had large sums of money, which gave them something to spend on. I personally like the idea of double gold or double plat days, but does admin want all of us on 1 mil brooms? lol.

Nah we don't need double gold event. We need PERMANENT gold drop increase. I think I am like others that I am done spending RL money on this game until I can benefit from it. I see that the $200 item has been introduced intothe game and I am not liking where this is going.

Yes I also agree there needs to be a permanent gold increase especially with being a level 128 who farms guys at level 90 for the same amount of good as a 130 it needs to be increased its alredy hard enuf trying to save for items and buy them yeh the drops make a bit of money to but they are pretty rare on golems and pretty crap most of the time. It would be much more helpful and timeworthy if good on all things were increased by at least double.
