How is it bs? I've only played about a month and a half and spent 650 dollars so far. He played a lot longer than I have so it's totally possible. To some people a few thousand dollars invested into a "hobby" isn't a lot of money at all.

I think I started before the Halloween event last year. Then I quit because getting money was too hard.
I started again when the Christmas event came out and quit again for the same reason.
I finally started again when I was bored and saw the app during April/May 2012. And I've played since then.

EDIT: I $4 of platinum for 2k when I just started for plate armor. Then I spent $10 for 10k when I was hanging out in Stonevale. I spent $1 about a week ago for a book of alteration.
