The first is that there are ultra-high levels soloing Lir's for the low level armor that they will never use. Having level restrictions on the armor was a great idea (as low levels won't be begging to get into high level groups) but there should have been a converse restriction that disallows people to get a quest which is too low for them.
And yes, OTM needs to allow you to delete a quest from the log. I still have that blasted Winter Warmer quest from Una the Furrier at the top of my quest log, because I never got the 4 Pristine pelts.Maybe I'll kill wolves while waiting for the Witches to spawn...
My L103 Ranger can only get the Gaunts quest in OW; my L61 Mage (and L63 War) can only get the Gaunts quest in SV. So I'm screwed either way if there was a Top level cap and Bottom level cap because the only full set I can get would be the "lower tier" one.

#14What level is your druid? I'm guessing the OW ones are similar to the Frozen armor: 100 Gloves 105 Boots 110 Helm 115 Leggings 120 ChestMy druid can get OW boots and gloves.
