Sorry for interrupting your amazing dream. But if you get agro from the monster and pull it away, afk players WILL NOT follow. I tried it before on myself and another account created by myself. I didn't drag 'myself' over to boss spawn, instead I died immediately. This strategy won't work.

NIce sarcasm. However, this strategy works fine.

I've done this many times. In fact, I just did it a second ago. I'm not sure what you're doing wrong, but obviously it's something. The 'trick' is to wait until after the AFK player begins auto-attacking. During their auto-attack they will follow and attack the mob as long as it is alive.

Maybe you should try being more thorough instead of emphatically stating that something "won't work" based on a test you performed on yourself. You'd be amazed at what a little tenacity and experimentation will do. Better luck next time.

Now, back to my "amazing dream" ...

I did it to someone too. Quite a difficult/challenging thing to do actually, because it was a high level rogue and I'm high level mage, so all the medium hp npcs died way too fast.

Was the funnest thing I did in this game for the past few weeks.

You could also just put your char in between the AFK farmer and the spawn point to AFK farm the AFK farmers far... Monsters

Ss heretic that defeats the whole purpose of what hes doing hes trying to train his druid not farn with it -_-

1) Wait for a mob to show up with loads of hp.
2) After the AFK player starts auto-attacking use your non-druid character to steal agro from them.
3) Quickly drag the mob over to the nearest boss spawn (with the AFK player following the mob).
4) Log out and wait a moment (or just let your character die then return to the area).
5) Congratulations, you just moved the AFKer into certain death.
