Not sure how the distance was gained as a quick try puts me close quarters but meh.

If you use a to only, it will be long distance shots. Skills make you go close combat.

I used a bow against the obelisk in OW.

Oh, I just remembered, rangers with camo can solo the obelisk without getting targeted, Hmmmmmmm maybe that needs changing also.

I actually have never used camo and only briefly used conceal. Both are pretty useless in my opinion as I simply ran where I was going and sucked it up if I got hit. I have a camo charm now, but even before my camo charm I simply stood at the proper spot where the cultists would not attack me and shot the obelisk (I would occasionally have to kill one cultist to keep my area open but that's the price of doing business in the cave). Based on your own post [I used a bow against the obelisk in OW.], it is very plain that you can do the same if you actually just try but I suppose that is too much effort? Do you want the devs to simply put the rings in your pack for you when you log in and the obelisk is up?

Though I must admit now, I have read and reread your post and can only conclude you are simply crying just to cry. You even got what you wanted and still you cry. You continue to argue and when you are proven wrong you find another point to try crying about. It is just....sad....

People just took the topic too far so we are smart asses and mock their whining. Like, thinking new bosses having ranged increased on freeze spell somehow nerfs rangers into uselessness.

Here's one for all the rangers: donk man ur ass up and lvl, then buy some pots, then solo the boss, if that doesn't work well u said u cant even do with a druid and warrior, then that doesn't mean rangers are op, it means ur playing skill is just UP(under powered).

And I thought the same thing. Then i noticed he's lvl 141 and cant kill quest boss with a druid helping him, yet Druids and rangers can solo but its because we're op? Some strange facts from both sides of the argument if i don't say so myself.

Try to duo with your ranger without your ranger attacking, only healing. Lazarus. Vid the results or come and tell them honestly.

I like the freeze distance being lengthened. The worlds have been dominated by people who can solo bosses because they control drops and are typically the higher level, irrelevant of class. This now forces people to actually grp and come out of their shell to invite a clannie or two to come kill scabbor or cynoth or whoever which in my opinion is just fine.

Oh donko I think I hate you for making this thread cuz now you have made it impossible for everyone you coulda jus uhhhh called a effin ranger to help you if rangers get altered over *** enough on forums that's gonna be truly aggravating
