And yes, this is true. However, the issue here is with people logging on shared accounts simultaneously. Obviously, if they are on the same account, this is not possible. We do not share an account, and I do not play Luminous. There is nothing in TOS that states I cant take my brothers old account and then make a new character on it. Try again ya douche

The TOS state that you may not Buy, Share or Sell accounts. Are you, or are you not, sharing an ACCOUNT with your brother? (Please note it doesn't say character).

Actually your compleatly wrong after a conversation with support, they sent me a reply saying

"Yes you cannot share/give your account with a brother or anyother family member"
