Hey Community has there been a final say in if im getting blitz back because its been 5 days since i sent in a ticket and im starting to feel impatient. Can u please pm me if u guys are still trying to work things out or if u need more evidence that im really blitz?
I'm going to try and give you a frame of reference, as I recently went through this with a mule account.
It took 15 days total from first contact until I received a new password for the account. That being said, there were 2 weekends in that time. I don't expect OTM to spend their weekend fixing my mistake, so I consider that it took them 11 business days to resolve my issue.
In that time, I had a few back and forth e-mails (real e-mails... not the in game tool) with support. Those e-mails asked for certain bits of information that was able to confirm my identity as the true owner of the account. (plat purchases, character upgrades, items in bank or in backpack, trades I had made, when the account was made, what characters are on the account... )
Now, a couple things about your situation based on my experience.
1. I see you started another thread stating that it has been 6 days. As I write this, it is 4:45 a.m. Thursday morning in the U.K (where OTM is). First and foremost, you need to remove Saturday and Sunday from your equation. Next, you can't expect them to be awake and working now. So really, they have had only 3 business days (4 at most, depending on time of day you sent the ticket) to consider your problem/confirm your identity.
2. Check your junk mail folder. Something may have been filtered. It is possible that support has sent you and e-mail seeking more information and are waiting for your response. As I said, I had about 3 e-mails from support in the 11 business days.
3. Take some time and think about the things I mentioned (plat purchases, character upgrades etc.) so that you can answer support quickly and in detail.
Again, my timeline was 11 business days (15 total). So you might be waiting a little longer yet.
