Well if you had several hundred sigils and there were 1-3 star mobs your level you would probably solo, and what I am referring to mostly is lvl 1-125 where almost every case it is better to solo (if you have decent gear)

Nerfed Mage ~140
Why play a class where skills cost more than other classes for same damage?
Why play a class with no auto attack?
Why play a class with 1/3 the armor?
Why play a caster?

Copy this sig! :)

Not everyone is a rogue who can mow down mobs really quickly. The grind for support-based characters is a bit more difficult. :)
Well if your serious about leveling you can just spend 2-4k on an alt book and reskill for leveling solo and use a golden blade, haste gloves, and hand to hand.

Its only recently since ive hit level 100 or so that I have started grouping in OW. Not because I need help, but because I see alot of folks having a very difficult time to kill even a one star mob thats their own level. It does slow down my own xp growth, but since the grind is now soooo long for each and every level that having a partner seems to help pass the time. I would like to reach 150 before update 4 hits, but if the grind is this long now I can only imagine in another 20 levels or so. I would like to be one of the few who actually gets to fight the end game bosses, so I'll plug away at it.

Stinky,

I run a clan thats level 1-126 currently and everywere in between.

What I do with people is take the time to talk with them, discuss their build and gear. Mabye I understand more than most, but no matter what class I can give them pointers so that they can solo 3 stars.

I think that is the best course of action for ya, and you will make better leveling buddies :).

Also to ease the pain of taking advice I often help foot them some of the cost of alt/rebirth books in some cases ;)

I think it's a bad idea to have to change stats just for leveling.

While some may not find the grind as difficult now, what about when you're getting 1-2k xp each for mobs and you're trying to level from 165 to 166? It would take forever. It seems that there should be a small bump in the xp given for higher mobs.
