Ill start off by saying this "Anything in GREEN can effect your damage to exceed maximum potential"
So if you have a 5 focus bracelet you can hit higher then your highest hit shown on your skills page
If you have a Glass firebolt ring, you can exceed your maximum firebolt (same for ice, and other damage skills)
If you have a diamond cane you can exceed your maxmum skills, heals, auto attack, and others
Notice how if you something that adds to your skills, you can hit higher then shown
- I hope this helped

Re: Stated Dmg < Actual?
#23U must have a firebolt ring. Without my ring, my skills page states that it does 805 dmg, but the highest i hit on training dummy with lure, is 722.

Re: Stated Dmg < Actual?
#24training dummies have 0 resistance, so when u use lure u increase its resistance. sounds stupid but its trueU must have a firebolt ring. Without my ring, my skills page states that it does 805 dmg, but the highest i hit on training dummy with lure, is 722.

Re: Stated Dmg < Actual?
#25I don't think so coz u can test luring dummy target which has 0 resistant and some low lvl mobs and u will seeYes... that is one of my questions...Ask Marcus, he knows everything haha. But it may be possible that with the latest patch, the damage shown in the skill page is for no resistance and maybe if a lure is high enough to inflict negative resistance the max damage is higher than what is stated? otherwise I have no clue
