Hello i have a problem that i have experienced before.I needed a transfer to my alt so i gave items to my friend to give to my alt.I logged out to get alt,but then i remembered i forgot to give him something i so tried to log back in and it didn't let me.So i logged on my alt to get my items.When i logged on i saw my character magicmagician 83 mage online running around with my items.This is the 3rd time Ive experienced this.Please help me i don't want to lose my items.Has anyone else had this problem?

I have had this problem multiply times as well.As a matter of fact i had this problem last night.

Only two things i can think of would be a glitch or ur being hacked.

Be sure u change ur password to be safe. Otherwise not much more to tell u until admin see's this. Has it happened randomly within same day or every couple weeks? Because if it happens every day or multiple times during the day, try restarting ur iPod and the app.

it would happen every other week.Admin or support team has reset my password before.And im hoping they can do it now.I cant play my char please fix this fast

I tried this but the person on my account changed the registered email and i cant do anything about it.Can you please reset my password and pm me it.

This has not solved my problem yet....I haven't gotten a response from them yet.
