I do believe that an account should be banned if whoever is using it behaves in appropriately regardless of who is using it

Oh so they just clearly won't use the "it was somebody else" lie? I still like knowing it's one person when they don't tell me. Although my brother does visit me regurarlly and I make alts for him to use in hope he gains interest in Epona. He keeps quitting though. >_<

oh, I will admit here I have shared my account with a very trusted friend within the game and I know theirs too, but we share, not buy or sell at all. is that a bad thing? I know who I can trust and who I cant, you just need to make good judgement on it we hardly use each others anyway, when we do its to help and its worked well. would we get punished for this?

That's like saying you only smoke pot for medicinal purposes but you arent in a state that has legalized marijuana. While the Feds may not go after you, if caught, you can still be charged with possession of illegal drugs.

I don't think people should be getting banned for spilling their details to someone else...it's their own damn fault is something happens. If they share the account, its their own responsibility.
