i have emailed them and have been waiting a while for a response. Support has not responded either. I cannot play my other account without my items

My main problem is i put lots of items from my other account on this one and i need them back in order to play. Not to mention platinum

Tbh, I actually feel for your loss.
However, you paid real money for someone else's account and it has been stated that that is an immediate ban if found out.
Personally I would be more happy that they didn't ban your other account.
Yes, it is a bad loss, but it had to happen.

I have always thought their rules were:

Sharing = frowned upon and you lose if you get scammed.
Buying/selling = against their laws and you get banned.

Sharing = Also against the ToS

Where do you draw the line? Aka. You can break these rules but not these....

Rules are meant to be bent but not broken.
OTM has given us a way to bend them, with account sharing. However buying or selling accounts is breaking said rules.

i understand but, i cannot play my other account effectively because my lux is on the banned account. If the account has to be blocked id at least like for my items back

But then you get the "all trades are final" stuff, I know, I lost a lot after update 3 with that one.

I really hope you at least get your items back to your main.

Even if it is against TOC...does it state that all items i had on the account will be lost?....it is a lot harder to effectively play my lvl 147 ranger
