Send an in-game support ticket, telling them the name of the character that said that, and the approximate time etc that this happened.

Posting a screen-shot here (in a thread that has nothing to do with what you have posted) will do nothing.

Srry to continue this but this isnt true dersu it has been shown time after time that after u report something using the in game support u can wait weeks with nothing done but make a post on the forums with screen shots and next thing u know after a few days they take action. Honestly using in game support great as it is gives them a way to ignore issues they dont find serious since they can just say they dealt with it or just not respond dont get me wrong the support team does great things but there are times were ppl are completely ignored then get action after they take it to the forums.

It is possible that this was the case... but considering the new rules, they obviously want to move away from that.

I've had good success with the in-game tool.

I did notice an account seller that I reported was online the other night, after being absent for a few months. I suspect he got a temporary ban.

Honestly with the new rules it seems to me all support will do is continue with what has happened in the last ignore some reports and now able to remove them on the forums to keep players. Lets face it scammers get a free pass even if reported all they get is a warning and then continue or the scammer scams on a low lvl alt the transfers to his main account. Players were able to give new players to the server a fair warning of who scams but now we cant even warn ppl. Imo this puts some responsibility on OTM now as they prevent us from giving a simple mass warning not to mention the actual lack of enforcing the tos.

I hear ya, Yilley. I agree with a lot of what you have said.

I guess I am just willing to see if the new rules amounts to a stepped up effort on the part of the in-game support team.

One last thing we all knew support fell behind rather fast when it came to having a few days off whats going to happen now when all things now have to be sent in through the in game method? All i can see is more and more reports being ignored as they try to deal with the overload of reports unless they increase the size of support but as we all know OTM is pretty short on man power which furthers my concerns.
