Anlin, under say 130 that may be true, above that not so much... Biggest problem I see right now is that the rogues with high end damage gear lose dps from using skills

Me for example. I have 1100 damage with frozen dagger and hate gloves, so I hit fast... Rend, sneaky, and assass all lower my dps because of the long cast time, I can swing my dagger a few times, do more damage, and not use energy or have a skill evaded

As a ranger, who usually has over 500 strength, I can honestly say that I can outhit many rogues my level. Pig and zilla know this from experience.

Yes sir, Ailwen isn't joking this fool can actually out hit tons of rogues including myself sad to say even with me having 555 strength, 1 more thing I don't even use dex cause whats the point if u have smoke bomb maxed ? You never gonna miss attacks anyways.

Therefore 'Anlln', as you stated "wtf are you smoking" is what I'm asking you cause obliviously you have no first hand experence and defiantly seems like you're not on our level to understand this subject. Deuces!
