step 1. make a big deal out of it.
step 2. get a ton of people to send in pictures.
step 3. stop accepting pictures
step 4. sort through pictures- throw out the lousy ones, keep narrowing it down.
step 5. pause for effect.
step 6. no rush, keep the pause going.
step 7. let everybody know they just have to wait a while longer.
step 8. nobody really wants to know who won- they can wait.
step 9. this is sooo much fun! everybody loves wating, amiright?
step 10. dont say anything for like a week... its not like people are checking forums every day. pfft thats just ridiculous.
step 11. at this point you should probably start thinking about MAYBE getting around to posting shortlists eventually. you know, if you're not busy.
