I would like to apologize to Eves for the recent trash talking that had been occurring on forums and in game recently by my clansman. I have warned my clan to not trash talk on forums or game. However, I would like to point out that this sort of problem does not come out randomly. Draclau, our trusted clansman, and several others complained about your clansman SirSmokesAlot. I know our approach was not the best way to solve the issue, but the frustration in my clan has build up to not only have grudge against him, but against Eve as well. The toon "draclauSucks" has definitely triggered off many of our members as well. As far as I know, he is SirSmokesAlot himself and he created a new character just to trash talk our clan. You need to realize what Smokes has been doing to us is no different then what Notso has been doing on this thread. My clansman, including Notso, have been firmly warned to not to trash talk on forums or in game. I am disappointed to see no action has been taken to this issue yet by Eve's leaderships. I do not want any sort of clan war or fight between us, and I try to choose the best options I have to achieve the best future for both of us, but this cannot happen while I am the only one working on it. I am hoping to talk to one of the Eve leaderships about this issue and end it before it leaves a major scar in our relationships.

I understand Sins are fusterated, and we are handling the issue. We have discussed it and have talked to several of our members. Whoever DraclauSucks is, we do not support fake toons being made and used for this purpose and have asked it to stop.

As for your disapointment to see no action: If your looking for guns blazing, shouts from the mountaintop and grand gestures of rage- its not going to happen. Just like I and many others did not know that you asked your clan to stop the trash talking until you said it on the forums just now: you most likely wont hear about what we are doing until someone from eve posts it here. Let me say that we are indeed working on the best course of action. We do not post transcripts of our private affairs within clan, same as sin doesnt. You are not and have not been the only one working on it. I have been trying to support and communicate on this topic out of consideration for sin and in an attempt to keep the peace and I know the other leaders of eve have been following the post very closely.

Lets take a quick look at the people who have been making complaints about me:

Rapid: obviously there is beef here, we dont need to get into this.
Evasive/Ghandi: His hatred for me started about the time of OW release I think. I remember a lot of name calling near scavenger one day directed toward me, but it was a long time ago. Again previous beef with me. As far as I know, he has never been a stand up player, at least to me anyway.
Reflex: This is more recent beef, but he got really mad at me when I wouldnt FFA the arena mob that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes for. I called clannies to help me, and he hasnt been very nice since then. Other than that, we used to group together in wyvren grps no problem.
Forrestgump: I have already addressed this in a previous thread, but his beef with me was due to me timing mob spawns while he was saving for his 1 mil broom. I was always at the spawn first, and he didnt like that. As a matter of fact, he recently messaged me on his character TIGERWOODS to let me know that he was quitting, and that he thought I was a good player - we wished eachother luck in the future, and parted ways.
Draclau: I have never had beef with, but lost a lot of respect for him due to hoarding 2-3 mobs at a time in an already overcrowded xp zone - and then calling me a kser and a harasser, because he wasted a lix. He did get KSed, but I was not the one who initiated anything. I already had a long thread here, and what little credit I have would have been completely destroyed had I in fact KSed. You can ask both Crabby and Mom - I was concerned about the trouble I was going to be in for being affiliated with that action - and what do you know, I was 100% right. I will admit that I helped kill the 2nd and 3rd mobs that were peeled off of him that he had not engaged yet. Its just not fair for someone to horde 3 mobs while a group is running around looking for xp, also on lix. This I dont consider a KS - Im sure most of Rihannon will agree with that.

As far as creating another character to make fun of someone - I would never waste the time to do this. I never had a problem with him before this - what he has done here really hasnt caused me any problems (aside from frustration at this thread). While I dont like him very much now for trying to cause me problems, I wouldnt make another character just to make him look bad - thats childish, dumb, and accomplishes nothing - how many of you take characters named like that seriously? my point exactly. As you can see from my posts, I have no problem calling people out, and I wouldnt hide behind another name to do so. I barely have enough free time to keep up with everyone on levels as it is.

I have been trying really hard to fix what I did in the past - thats why you havnt heard about sirsmoke that much since the update has come out (its been 6 months guys, come on). I have been an honorable player, I have contributed to this server and my clan. But, when I call people out for fair play, and start to voice my opinion on the forums, everything that happened in the past resurfaces, and people automatically start to make the assumptions that sirsmoke is a lowlife scumbag, and it had to be him KSing people. Jugg, the fact is, you were not there when anything was happening. People who have previous beef with me are the ones making the accusations - how is it fair for me to be punished based on the accusations of people who are known to dislike me? Im standing up for what I think is right, what is fair per the server rules that have been agreed upon by the clans, and what is presented as the rules stated by OTM - sue me.

As a clan our general rule is everyone generally deserves a second chance.

"Sigh" here we go again you's just don't know when to stop do you? For a few days now Sin has stoped all this forum crap the only comments I see are from eve now except from Jug. If the General/guardians think there is a problem I'm sure they can sort it out Together in game.Arguments get no where Tbh.

Thanks for the reply lady. I am glad this issue is being discussed in Eve and I hope some solution will come out from it.

We will not be posting on this topic until any new events occur or receive an important message from Eve, as anymore argument between us will only cause friction between us. But longer this conflict lasts, deeper the scar on our relationship becomes. I hope I hear from the leaderships of eve soon.

@Notso - Thank you. I understand and accept your appology. Truth be told, i too may have lost me temper a wee bit in my reply Im sorry as well.

@Evasive - Shrug, Sins pretty much ran most of this thread in the beginging. Us Eves are just catching up towards the end of it. and since jugg did post here, me and smokes were replying to him. cant fault us for that can you? But i do agree, The constant drama and fighting is no good. it takes away the fun of the game. Best of luck with your playing.

@Jugg - I hope issues can be resolved on both ends.

Niether Eve nor Sin are an embaressment to rhiannon, and i strongly resent it from anyone who says so from either side. Both clans have their shining angels and black knights, it is useless and counterproductive to try to use clan affiliation as a sword by which to thrash your foes.

@Evasive/ghandi- I did in fact read the post carefully. At the time i thought polyx was a 5* but i was not 100% sure. I decided to post the info i know about the time limit and wait until i double checked on polyx To write the 5* rules. Thank you for comfirming that its a 5*. For 5* and below, it is the person or group who has first aggro. Since it is a quest mob, Eves are encouraged to let in pple from other clans group and kill if they need it for a quest. I know sin has shown me and several eves kindness when i needed these mobs for my quest as well.

I will also say: just because arwen does not post 7 times a day here, she does take notice and she does act in the mannor that she feels is the best course of action- just like most of our generals and guards do. She does listen to complaints and does her best. You cannot ask more than that. Most of the things we do are behind the scenes.

K. Lets break this down

# 1 - you say we have shown you kindness in helping with quest bosses, I would have done the same thing to the 3 players who needed the monster. Yet, instead of asking "Can i group", they just rush to ks, (it was 5*, no ffa).

# 2 - "Arwen looks into this".... I remember 2 months ago when nasif used to ks us on all bosses, nothing happened. I remember around the beginning of update when we took rocka, and Eve's ran adds into us, no action. I remember when bs ffa'e at Falgren were called, and members of Eve who knew it was not ffa (Arwen included) still continued to fight, and guess what happened?

I can call who I want, whatever I want, whenever I want. Your "clannie" smokes is trying so hard to prove that he has the power to do whatever he wants. Why does he deserve that power and not me?

Lastly.

They are pictures (about 10+) that completly implicate members if eve. Lady, I wanna tell you write now to tell Arwen to take actions before these pictures are leaked
