Celtic Heroes

The money has been transferred from my iTunes acc to game, but I could not login game, all servers. I can login but no character I can choose, neither new nor exist chars. I have bought plats for 2 times, every time I bought, then my iPad can not login, then I tried my iPhone, same issue after paying to game. What the hell it is happening!

This sounds as though the Platinum transaction did not complete.

Can you please try starting the game whilst on a different Wi-Fi connection to the one you normally use. Please ensure you are using the same device that you used to purchase the Platinum on, otherwise it will not work.
