Recruits can generally get pages, since we have lots of those, but are not eligible for clan bank (quest items) until promoted to clansmen. Please see the first note on the rules about the clan bank.

k since i can only get pages do u have drogan 5 + blue cover and bindings?

We don't currently have any blue covers or bindings, but I'm sure we have the drogan page. We try to open the bank 1-2 times per week. At least once on the weekend and maybe during the week as well. Check the next time you're on for any significant time.
