When I bought plat last it went to an apple screen and asked me my method of payment. If u have credit on ur accout it should allow u an option to pay with credit, if u dont has enough because of tax then it will ask for a second payment method or will make u select ur bank account option first and just subtract the difference from ur account. Example: u have $15 credit and u buy $20 of plat, $5 will be taken from ur bank account.
