Ok the bank helping people wouldnt happen until it had accumulated some gold. And it wouldn't be there to loan u 100k. The bank would pay 10% of the purchase or possibly 15%. Theses issues have been explained. It is not there to buy your items for u. It is to help u with a little extra gold if needed.
