2. Kiyarah stole my accounts then was encouraged by her clan mates to take my items before deleting my characters

Doesn't sound like anyone in elementals is against scamming. Especially considering that everyone knows about those two events. And then they'll read this post but not do anything about it, because they don't like me and awe and doing the right thing is not as important as protecting your scamming clan members.

If u can make such a big deal bout players gettin punished for their way of treatin other players in a GAME then lets talk about global Warming and war and see what all these WISE ppl in here can come up with to stop that. If this game really is making ur World go round id say u should suck it up and stop crying, learn by ur mistakes, and move the hell on instead of making ANOTHER post/thread being all about u and awesed's/deadlyrange's stupidity.

There's a reason why juries in court cases aren't full of criminals. Get your bias out of this discussion, no one needs the opinion of a scammer when asking for justice to be enforced upon one of your scamming clan members.

I def do not think that a player in a game have the right to cry out and putting itself as a victim just because it all backfired in the end.
