Indeed thanks to thoro for this great idea. But 4 major differences between zerk raffle and ancients lotto :

- ticket is 3k instead of 2k
- winner take all, no 20% to clan bank, so max a player can win is 300k
- if a number is not taken and diced, then all go back to the next raffle, it is not the player the closest who win
- one raffle every 2 week, not every week, easier to manage.
