Sigils - - - > Platinum

Hey,

I've sent over 8 support tickets over the past week regarding my sigils. Is it because you guys are on vacation or what. Still haven't received an answer. Anywho, can you guys refund my recent sigil purchase (200) back to 1600 platinum as I put the sigils on the wrong account. Thanks!

U give ur acc away for sigils.. Then u buy em... Then u say in clan chat "got 300 sigils. No plat used" (quote from yesterday)

yup, i made a huge typing mistake once and bought 4k plat of restos, sent a ticket in and it was fixed within an hour
if you want to retain plat buyers, you should keep the product user friendly

Hmmmm, I bought 1000's of energy pots when we could still spam them.
Sent a support ticket but they didn't refund them.

Looks like it is pot luck on the refunds.
