I've sent over 8 support tickets over the past week regarding my sigils. Is it because you guys are on vacation or what. Still haven't received an answer. Anywho, can you guys refund my recent sigil purchase (200) back to 1600 platinum as I put the sigils on the wrong account. Thanks!

#5Then can you move the sigils. I've waited 2 weeks for a very frustrating answer. Many have told me you have been able to do this before... I used the plat for sigils on the wrong account.

#6yup, i made a huge typing mistake once and bought 4k plat of restos, sent a ticket in and it was fixed within an hour

#10You could refund through apple if OTM won't help. I hate to suggest this as I am normally against this but OTM didn't leave you a choice when they could have fixed the situation with ease.
Also, I feel as if community lied saying they can't be refunded when they can be and have been, possibly against their policy now or decided to not do it, but they are able to.
