I just wanna say that ik it my fault for giving out my pass but i was a noob bak them.
I have wrote support about an account that i accidentally gave account info out to and the account names is sircruse i and support never got back to me and been about a week.

Last week they were on a break for the holidays and because of this a lot of support tickets piled up.
