Yes this is true, we all have 1k+ melee where anyone without earthstone or aggy rings would be sitting around 700
Even so, why shouldn't skills benefit them more too? If skills are boosted at high levels to assist those with top tier gear, then the skills will become amazing for the people without the top tier gear. Both groups win out

Great post elim, i like that perspective. I've actually thought about that. But lol we have all used frozen before Radiant came out. We knew skills like quickstrike were broken. That assassinate needed more damage. We understood this. We tried to fix assassinate. It used to work at 20% damage now it works at 30%. It's way more useful.

yep, as i said the skills are sucky without earthstone, they are broken with. fix the skills to be somewhat useful to earthstone users, and they will be awesome for those without. win-win
