I solod as 150 rogue and had a tough time because of the healing.

I solo Fal and it takes 2-3 pots max depending on how many times I evade due to high warding skill. 39/35 energy shield, 40/35 firebolt and 44/35 ice shards.

Level 80 wouldn't kill him due to natures embrace/touch/boon and not to mention one vines would do more dps than potion spamming could handle.

Do you mean Brutus?
My Mage has 47/35 fire bolt, either 44/35 I've shards and 35/35 eshield
Or 47 fire bolt 49 eshield and 35 shards.
The combo of rings and aggy bracelets I can use to change my skill points is alot.

I haven't tried falgren due to not wanting to waste the plat when I can just use 1-2 idols with a partner.

But i have Done Brutus with 2-3 restor pots. I have 500 hp and 500 energy sigils also.

Just asking if u maybe had mistaken Brutus as falgren if your soloing him with the same cost as it does me for Brutus

why are we still talking about this? I think we've established that a lvl 80 ranger has no chance whatsoever of soloing falgren.

Brutus requires 1 pot max, I was talking about Fal.

With your gear you should be fine to solo him. If your warding is high enough (1000+) and you use full frozen. To he honest I use pots more for energy than health.

He is obviously lying. Just look at the number of drops he claimed he got.

Ok i want to clear this up...

One day i was really bored so i went out bought a $25 itunes apple bought to books of rebirth and a tonne of restoration pots, my ranger was level 80 at the time so i put all points into vitality and had like 3.5k hp and camped Falgren. When he spawned the longest battle of my life happened. Falgren somehow ran out of energy and I used 200+ restoration pots, but i am proud to say after a gruling hour a killed him. I got 1 dragon disk and 1 crown disk and 1500 gold.

HE cant be talking about brutus with the number of drops he claimed he got. Neither can it be Falgren. I think he was in his dream.

U me to it smelly, i was abot to post, "what about the third drop ._." when i see her posts

No dex = Lots of misses / Less chance of interrupting Falgrens skills.
No Str = very little damage done (unless geared in earthstone, which would mean post update3).

Dont get me wrong, Pre-update 3 it was possible. If you actually stood there spamming pots until Falgrens energy ran out and then continued to spam pots and kill, then congratulations. If it was recently.. No chance. The 10 second pot delay would ruin you, and so would falgren.

Honestly, I don't find 'Soloing' a boss with pots very impressive. I'd rather call a Druid

Dart we took him down that 1 time no pots or idols used didnt even break ur e shield

hell no u didnt solo it but at lvl 80 i tanked him as a full dps warrior.
