In saying if you look at haste elix it doubles your attack speed. This means it's balding your weapon speed it's obvious..so it's -50% of your weapon speed rather then +50% your damage which is what everyone is doing...
The attack speed you see in the stats is actualy delay, not speed.

Idk if i did mine right. Im a hybrid build atm. 1388 damage and 1900 speed. And with haste gloves thats 1330 speed. So damage/speed. So like 1,044? This is rounded. With 2.8k hp. I think this is decent enough.
