Celtic Heroes

I have sent numerous support tickets on this player and little to nothing has been done about it. Its become beyond tiresome. Since Admin, Wulver, and Community post this forum the most as I see it, I figured I should try here too. The player's main account is gencosman (his alt is archangel, Tyros is just some dumb kid I think but may be another alt) and I know by way of responses from Support that he has been warned but that seems to be all they do. Can someone at OTM PLEASE deal with this kid??? I apologize for all the pictures but thought it was my best way to show the extent of things. When I logged out he was spamming the last message (that I may not have a picture of...) over and over via copy/paste.

well no duh admin of course theres inappropriate material its harrasment!

The Support Team are aware of this, and they are currently investigating the character in question.

Community since you felt the need to delete all the pictures could you please at least forward them to an Admin or Support member that can deal with this guy?? You can see how bad it is. He just goes on and on.

Hes not contacting anyone in particular. He just shouts everything and half the server or more would have to block him to be rid of the problem.

I have already forwaded this to the Support Team so they can take the necessary action.

I recognise this statement, but, sadly, for the first time I feel that you guys aren't doing enough about a problem. So many people across all of belenus have sent numerous support requests about this person and all we ever get is ''we're looking into it'', so I am posting more pictures from his most recent abusive explosion (about 20minutes ago) because I know that you will have to look at them so that you can edit them out.

And we do try to ks the crap out of him, but unfortunately one of the few powerful players outside of our clan helped him to become a ksing machine purely to ks our clan, so we try to do whatever we can against him. Every few days he goes on an abusive rant that lasts about 20 minutes. He is turkish and his english is broken, so it sometimes looks like he is just spamming swear words. Mostly about ****** mothers and sisters, sometimes 'buying' female players in our clan.

Please, please, PLEASE just DO SOMETHING about this support... do a public service for belenus and BAN HIM. I know he will come back, but at least he won't be able to ks us and kill us when ragnor is nearly dead as a level 10.
