Can you transfer to last now? I don't know if you can but it frustrates me when my main has something my alt could use. Or will the stamps thing finally allow you to transfer item s to alts?

Yes, you can mail items to other characters on your account (with the proper postage).

I believe that you should be able to register other accounts as your own if both accounts agree, because half the people on CH have their characters on different accounts...

You can mail items to other characters on your account or to characters on other accounts.
