Seems like a tough situation bud. Best way to settle it would be blocking is my answer. I block anyone who treats me like trash or disrespects me.
If i see someone else at a placeholder boss i try to group everyone i can for that boss if they are there. I try to help out everyone i can, sometimes ill taunt enemies while people kill them, sometimes ill run by and give them my crappy bandage wounds heal but i always try to help if i can.

Hmm How could u - a druid KS ppl? Even if there was a KS with u in the group, it's not ur fault for it's only possible for tank/dps to ks ppl.
