Dex is a rangers best friend. It adds to ones chances to hit, chances to dodge, allows us to survive on little health compared to tanks and less than a quarter of their armor. It also improves essential ranger skills such as light heal, sharp shot, steady aim, and others. One can have all the strength in the world but without any attack ability you would never harm your enemies. Dex is the way to go!
