this is just by how many we would like to be able to boss more easily though we are very limited on lv 100s like 7 i think hopefully more :/

You barely pass level 100 yourself....

This is why only level 150+ makes an elite clan soz bub.

Level doesn't matter, just shows how rude you can be without getting in trouble is my opinion.

People follow a high lveled leader better. The o es that can actully cause a lot of dps or tank the actull thing....
