Platinum Purchase Frustration

So my platinum balance has hit zero.
I decide to purchase some additional plat on Thursday, Jan 24th in the morning so i can purchase a few pots for that just in case need. I go to store and make purchase.
But my balance stays at zero.

I wait a few hours and check back. Still no sign on my plat purchase. So i check my credit apple and it shows the transaction and the reduction of cash to my bank account. But i have no plat.

I file a support ticket.

Day two still no plat...
I check forum and read and do all the suggestions offer.
Still no plat.
Then i read the last sentence from Admin.

Now day three i am frustrated!!!

I understand that support gets tons of tickets every day.
But issues dealing with real money should be prioritized. When a customer with real cash hands you real money and you give nothing in return it is called stealing.

So yes I am frustrated... Day three and no response.

I did all the steps listed by Admin yesterday.
None of them helped.

Fully power down your device.
I did this twice...

Connect to a different WiFi network.
I have connected to three different networks...

Try running another game which has in-app purchases.
I actually went into CH and purchased 99 cents and it went through immediatly.

And as a last resort, I signed out of the Apple Store and then signed back in.

None of these options have worked.

My biggest issue is I think Support should make platinum purchase issues a priority. Any customer that pays money for a product expect delivery of that product.

I bought something and now I have to live with a insecurity that I can kiss that money good bye.

So day three is coming to a close and I still have not heard any word from support.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Its been about 3 weeks now and still now reply or no plat in my account. Its really annoying how they keep suggesting these fixes and if they don't work they don't care or look into it further. In the end I had to contact apple as my account is now messed up as its stuck in a loop thanks to the developers my account with itunes doesn't work and apple said the problem lies with the game and not them.

This certainly can be frustrating, and it has happened to me in the past.

I know you said you launched another game that had in-app purchases, but in my experience that didn't go far enough. In my case, what worked was logging into the other game, then "pretending" to buy something in that app.

ie. In the other game click that you want to buy something, and then cancel the transaction.

This has worked for me both times that I had the problem.
