I honestly would love this idea.

With current idol timer, with enough people, you can even idol Aggragoth.. An end game boss being idoled is not pleasant. In my opinion, people who idol bosses are just exploiting the use of idols for bosses they are obviously not ready for. I am hoping OTM is at least considering to implement some of these great ideas to help players who are actually taking time to think of a good strategy to slay big bosses.

On a boss it should double IMO, if you are using that many idols you are in over your head and if you want to buy the kill, your rally have to buy it

Have to side with you on this one. Some clans can't stand the fact that they now have competition or someone else killing bosses aside from them. It's pathetic to get angry over that.

Honestly if I want to spend $800.00 on Aggy it's my business, idols already have a cooldown, and so do potions, in beta we made sure they were functioning correctly and were fair.

Now that they are they no longer need changing.

My thoughts are the any top tier clan asking for this is insecure about their power, and they do seem pathetic .
they pay to much attention to Other clans then their own,

I mean if you have the top gear , top support , top dps , have more players online in the server at any time why would you care about another clan when you easy can take the kill when it spawns and show your dominance

Main topic is target lock , well a unprepared team will be wipe out by adds alone so any ffa server the kill will be for the taken.

My point is that with current idol setup, wiping does not happen, and target lock won't change that

I'm not too familiar with idol spamming because it doesn't happen much on my server.
Plus, I rarely use idols. I probably use like one every week or two.

Are you sure ? Have you ever span idol kill anything ? you got any info on what bosses can reset or complety wipe out a group ?
You are speculating about this i can tell by experience any high end boss can wipe out any party . On any ffa server you can reset a boss from a noob clan .....

Correct , the main issue is with target lock ncomng and idols staying the way they are , there is no such thing as a wipe to a boss , unprepared clans will be able to kill bosses they have no business fighting in the first place .

How they manage , bolas and rangers ,they will be out reach all the time and the give time for the clock to cool down . I will take killing ignus a ranger over a druid any given chance.. Thats nothin to do with idols .

I mean if wasnt for the lava floor , you can take autoattack out and taunt just walk and let your sigils heal .... No druid need it , but you do need bolas....

Each of them, including the rangers used 10+ idols
