i understand what you mean, and you are right. we all want to be competitive and get as much gold and dam as we can. anws, i noticed that this discution isn't gonna take us anywere. so i'd rather stop here.

I understand how you feel but I have 2 toons Druid and ranger both 100+ with no warden let alone meteoric so yes I do need a few. Also we are on a massive killing spree for gold ATM saving for update so we are working hard. Let's not forget a lot of people have worked hard for there level and deserve to really fight for bosses and farm. I don't force my members into 'ksing' as u call it. Everyone has a choice and some chose not too while others love to fight even when odds are stacked against them.

An example was me vs klob and his rogue misjak and one more rogue level 90 something(classic I think) on chillmist te other day I was on my noob ranger who needed quest I ran your clan had started but Shield was up with 5% gone on him. Your members wouldn't allow noobs in for quest. So I just started attacking(not expecting to get) and I got kill I was buzzing couldn't believe it sorta karma if you ask me. If the noobs was allowed in group they might have had that edge in dps to make your members win.

I love competeting and would never do it if I wasn't prepared to lose. Even if I lose 10 times the 1 time I win is worth it. I know you say we will fall etc but I know people in my clan love to compete and the ones who don't nver have too ever. I hope more people will join who like to compete I love it. If you don't want to then that's cool too we have a few who don't want to take boss kills once people started and they are never made to do so. It's freedom.

Allow me a human weakness and throw an observation :Very petty and arrogant. So much concern for what is trivial i would say.

Thw bottomline is: you do what you do and that's it. What people think of it is up to them. You want to kill everything without rules of regard for others and be hailed for it. You cannot walk on other people and expect sympathy every single time. It's a very social game, like it or not. You will have to deal with that.

Exactly. The only thing u should have 'bothered' to say from the beginning that matters in my opinion. All the raucous jibber jabber and petty gobbledygook makes u sound like a girl...kidding! i wouldnt insult the girls. good luck to u as well.

Ferro if you don't like it. You can quit... Ow you already did that cause you can't compete. I am saying to rispetto I want a chalenge bring it on. If not any other clan. If not another other person when I am there I want you to fight for the bosses. It's much more exciting. Makes game much more enjoyable. I love not knowing if I will win or lose. Many times I have won up against the odds and it's amazing. Sometimes I have lost when I thought we was sure to win not so amazing but encorgues me to get better. I compete at everything ferro. Everything I do it's what I do no matter what it is. It's my attitude and I will always be this way. There are very few people I would hold back on in this game. My clan has the choice to compete or the choice to not. I ent no dictator who can tell them what to do. They have there own minds and chose there own paths. Aslong as its in the clan guidelines then I am happy to support there choices. Gl with your dictatorship

this argument/discussion has gone on a long time..

we are no closer to an agreement than when we started this months ago.. but here's my perspective..

there's been many o' clan in Rosmerta that has risen to the top.. and none have achieved this by watching other clans kill bosses that they need to get better.. and I've been on both sides of the battle.. i was in United.. and we did a lot.. then United crumbled and Epic ruled (and ks'd everyone.. all the time.. and many of you in Rispetto.. were part of that group).. and then i was in Awakening who was ks'd by Epic multiple times.. and what did we do? we built a stronger clan.. recruited the best.. and we leveled.. leveled some more.. bought plat.. and put multiple hours into the game.. until we were as strong as epic.. then epic failed.. and rispetto became the 2nd best clan.. maybe even close to awakening for a bit.. but we continued to level and fight for everything..

so we didn't get here by being pacifists.. we earned it.

Now.. at a certain point, some grumblings came around about KS battles (FFA).. and we as a clan had a long discussion about it.. many of us said we don't care.. it's a fight.. lets just go head to head.. best man/woman wins.. but some cooler heads stepped up and said.. no.. lets talk to risp and try and reach a middle ground.. we both give a little of what we want to reach a happy middle ground where we can both live.. (btw.. that was Brookie who wanted that.. )..

the response? not only know.. but he!! no.. we dont compromise we heard.. no KS.. no fighting.. first hit is ONLY rule we will live by.. and we don't care about any other opinion.. we dont care if you were there 20 min before us.. if we get first hit.. it should be us.. we dont care if we have 1 tank 7 druids and no dps.. and we will be here for 3 hours on spear.. that's the rules..

.. man.. our clan rules are FFA.. but you don't respect our clan's rules at all.. you ONLY respect clan rules that exactly reflect your clan rules.. and instead of doing the right thing and compromising so that both clans have to give a little (you agree to the 10% rule, and we agree that we will not KS past that point).. you refused.. and when it comes to blaming who's fault it is that ffa exists.. you straight point the finger at us like we have never tried to change it.. we tried to change.. you refused to.. who's the more adult?

and the amusing thing is that you stand here and point fingers at us.. saying you are a bad people.. but you've done the same thing and admitted to it (jack).. and then can go.. i felt bad.. i'm sorry.. and it's all ok.. you broke your own rules.. at least we aren't breaking any rules..

and to continue on down the trail of hyprocrisy.. you look at us.. and say.. you steal all the bosses.. you kill all the falgs.. you kill all the deadroots.. you don't even need them.. blah blah blah.. then i'd like you to turn the clock back a month or three.. when rody or jack or misj or someone from risp sat at falg spawn day and night.. every time i rolled by there you were there.. and what's funny.. is you will say.. because it's the only way we could get them from awakening.. and i sit back and wonder.. hmm.. wonder what horizons.. guardians.. and every smaller clan thinks when risp hogs bosses the exact same way that the criticize awakening for doing..

so sit there and spout things like you have a higher moral ground.. when you've done the exact same thing in rispetto.. but noone is sitting here in a forum whining about you.. noone here can hold the mantle of the higher moral ground (except maybe godo/fore).. we've ALL been guilty of preying on a smaller person to win a prize.. but at the end of the day.. it's a game..

go look up the definition.. a game is a competition.. you don't want a game.. you want a social network.. well guess what? we both get what we want.. you guys can talk amongst yourselves.. and we will kill things.. should make everyone happy.. and if we kill a boss you are thinking about.. just stop.. open up clan chat... and talk away your worries..

it just amuses me that you talk down from your yule clouds like your way is the best.. and you have the moral high ground.. (even though you break it now and then.. like a priest who sips a drink from the communal wine.. it's all good).. you talk of a communal discussion of what's the right way to run our game world.. but you refuse to even discuss it unless it's your way.. so i'm not sure what commune you live in.. but i know it's not ours..

Okay, so if Epic ksed Awakening and you didnt like it, why would you rise up to do the same thing to other people? Does that really make you any better? Last time I checked, rispetto was not epic, united, or any of that. Many of Epic are in Awakening as well. Many of United are in Awakening.
You guys are calling this 'competition' when in reality you STEAL KILLS. The thing is, people need to wake up and stop looking at these things as a Clan's characteristic. People in this game make decisions individually. I know people in Awakening that always would hate being ksed just like everyone else, and then I see them doing this to other people. I can promise you one thing, and that is if I saw an old friend in any clan and my clan was ksing them, i would apologize and leave the area.
Brookie I have known you for a very long time and I dont think any less of you, but you have called this friendly competition and turned around and just told Ferro that if she didnt like it to quit. Was that necessary?
The correct answer is no.
When awakening was a smaller, elite clan, I respected them a ton because even when they where ksed they never said a thing, and they would never do it to other people.
Awakening is changing and either you guys can be like the ones you hated that ksed you, or you can grow up, smell the damn roses and realize that to be a powerful clan in a game like this and to last, you need to stop doing the things that makes a clan hated and unwanted. Honestly I want Awakening to succeed and like that you guys are, just stop thinking that this 'competition' is fun for people out side of your clan. It is not fun for us in rispetto, or those in any other clans.

The quitting part was cause she said she quit. I never ever ever moaned about being ksed. Ever . No I didnt like it. It made me stronger. Let's not forget that ferro klob saph moocow all said to me when we was fighting 140 drag tanking had a lot of dps but they had just dps couldn't tank and spent idols everytime as we spent none. They said get stronger. Guess what we did we made more rogues and started winning and leveled and worked really hard. I love competition. As for me and ferro there is bad blood there same with me an jack. I have been called greedy etc by those 2 many times and they are entitled to there opinions but we are intitled to play the game how we like. I have always said a boss is never yours. I tried to say to jack and ferro and nancy and klob we can do 10% rule

I got called greedy selfish and abused many times after that I couldn't care at all what they think so I said fine free for all on everything. My clan loved this 100% they was annoyed but stuck by me when I said 10% rule. Soon it won't matter there is a 20-25% lock coming and as far as I am concerned u can't ks of you have lock.

I remember rody running to deadroot and saying I hit first now I like rody but we was gathering for 5 mins gettin clan. I'm sorry but we had the team the dps the healig everything there at the time apart from one person who wanted us I wait. Now he hit and we all jumped on and of corse got kill. This I never believe is ks. This is the reason I don't like or never will follow rispetto rules.
