When reported to a clan leader, they say they'll deal with it. They give the offender a slap on the wrists and then the offender will find different ways of *** with people.. They'll be reported to a clan leader for something else.. They'll be spoken to for that, with still no punishment.
1 person was included in 3 of the examples I stated. The same person was solo during update 2 and used to KS our whole server (even druids and mages) on leveling mobs and tried on bosses, and the top 3 clans at the time (including ours), agreed that everyone could ks him.
He dissapeared after update 3 for a while then came back, and had stopped ksing like he did before (I think because people were levelling in groups so he couldn't). He's been allowed into a top clan (god knows why after ksing all their members, I wouldn't let him anywhere near ours), and he now has Full Radiant with a Frozen Dagger, and still Ks's and then lies about it.
We're trying to stick to the rules but messing with our members (especially killing a Scryer over 20 times whilst one of our members is trying to train evasion abilities on an elixer), is pushing some of our members too far.
Another person that was involved in 2 of the previously-listed incidents, actually logged off of his ranger and onto his Mage alt, to come and throw Fire balls at Lavalord when we were taking just after update3.
The problem with a Clan War is that we have a more Mature group of members (with the exception of a few, Prongs

). We have a small clan (about 60-70 active toons), that mostly like to play and have a laugh with no Drama, so although we have the power, not sure a clan war would suit our members.
Honestly Ail, Rhiannon has lost it. It is no longer a peaceful world, but is supposed to be with the rules in place. Some think it's nowhere near as bad as other worlds, but I don't see how 1 person breaking the rules to aggravate another person and that other person not being able to retaliate in any way, is any better than both players just going at it.
