Why did this thread get into Hitler? Didn't hitler promise safety to all, and such and such to get into office then decided to not do any of the things he said and decided to start the war? Or am I mistaken. Sorry terrible at history always was always will be.

Countries without strict gun laws have more gun crime, plain and simple.

Not allowed to have them loaded because if a kid shoots themselves with your gun in your house, you are guilty of manslaughter by omission

Having a loaded gun in your house is just plain stupid I think. Anyone that handles guns will be able to load one quick enough if needed. Honestly its really not about control, it is about our second amendment rights and what our country was founded on. I think sometimes a little wild west justice wouldnt do this county any harm. Just a thought.

Think about the circumstances around the second ammendment. This was made when Americans faced internal threats from native americans and the wilderness and outer threats from foreign countires. We didnt have a strong, organized army to protect ourselves from foreign threats and didnt even have a police to protect us from native americans and big-arse bears. The second ammendment was necessary then. Is it necessary now? No, do away with it.
