Celtic Heroes

Hello Admin,

So I've been playing Celtic Heroes for roughly a year and still enjoy it. (Koudos to developers and team for creating a great game.)

A problem I have been experiencing since the beginning is logging on using my home wifi. I have troubleshot this down to only being my home wifi I do not expereince this issue when at work/travel etc...

At home once logged on my ping is usually good ranging from 85-200 and I stay connected the majority of time. The problem is it often takes many attempts to log on, sometimes up to 20 before establishing connection to your servers. I have changed many modem/router settings attempting to solve this issue: channel, frameburst, firewall settings etc. to no avail.

Sorry, I don't have full information about my modem/router atm, but if need I can provide more.

Modem/Router: Westall 7500
Connection type: PPPOE DSL

last Internet speed test results:
Download: 6.33mbps
Upload: .73mbs
ping: 55ms

The next thing I was going to try was port forwarding, maybe there's some hidden port restriction that I cannot see. Can you please provide me the ports Celtic Heroes is using or give me feedback in what I should test next?
