Agreed, dragon set should be end all hard to get and the end all best set of armour in game for the main purpose of the class. Lux should still be viable for a player who wishes to stray from the "purpose" of their class but should not be the best for the ones that stay with their specialty. For example, lux helms could stay the best damage helms for mages Druids and maybe warriors, but not rogues and rangers. Lix shields should be best for everyone except warriors. Lux should compliment and allow secondary builds, not be main mild gear and I'm really hoping dragon armour addresses this

Since wearing the full set would mean taking off speed boots and speed gloves then you should add those stats to the set bonuses.

Whatever you do, please do not make the rogue and ranger stats the exact same as it has been with warden and meteoric, these classes are different and need to be differentiated.
They are more similar than you think. The only difference is the choice of main weaponry even though they both use spears and knuckles. Rogues are rangers and rangers are rogues. Archers would have a different classification itself, allowing heavier armor etc.

WOW.... Mages set bonus is to increase spell cast time.... Please leave this thread.

Increasing spell cast time is worthless lol, cause mages main problem is energy. So unless Devs fix that, than please dont even think about it.

Also, An auto bane? NOOOOOOOO

A wooden sword is better than a wand, and forcing me to use a crap wand for a 1/1450489508409 chance to hit a 500 against some rouges set bonus of like 15k damage is just bs.

Mages are spellcasters. You wanna give em a bonus? Give em new skills.
I will occasionly browse the forums, but for the most part im done.

Honestly, I'm not too hot about a full set bonus, for the single reason mentioned that everyone would end up looking and having the same gear stats mostly.

I would like set bonuses however, if there was two-three of most sets of quest armor (ie two sets of rogue dragon armor, each with varying purpose,). And if there were say X and Y sets of dragon armor wearing all X would have a bonus, and wearing all Y would have a bonus, but also wearing part of both X and Y would have an even more unique bonus. Lets just say X was armor and Y was Dps, the set bonus if you mixed the two would be something unique but almost random, like Run speed, or first aid, or novelty ability.

Check this idea out! Btw, I was in a hurry at the time I wrote this so excuse all the errors :D
Mage Book: We all know how necesary it is for a mage to use energy boost. Actually, you can't even have a with no sigils go on without it! It's not even comparable to the use of protective stance or natures touch of a druid. It's actually required to kill basic mobs. So why not have some ancient celtic wording in the book that relate to a mage somehow and give a bonus such as points for energy boost? Mages also have a lot of skills to choose from, so providing skill points could be the best gift for a mage. 10 less points in boost means 10 more points for another skill! Along with this bonus, I suggest ability points and a focus bonus too.

I have to say you should do a boost for rogues overall attack/movement speed. Cause it gets annoying that a ranger can use rapid shot with hero haste gloves on :/
im for the movement speed boost X) it'll seem cool having rogues moving towards a ninja. Lolol.
Speed wont save you from getting full of holes like a piece of Swiss cheese
