I'm going to have to agree with Rapid on this one. Sorry. Firstly, no one has any access to any of your details, even, if they had access (albeit OTM employees) to the files on the server(s). What I mean is that the data is encrypted (probably SHA-1 or MD5) in such that only the client can supply the key (which is also encrypted on the client-side before the frame is sent via the write). They need your exact login and passphrase to even input or change the email. Regardless, if they already had access to your account, it's not a requirement to supply one to change the passphrase. My advice is that you give up on the account and the post and do a better job at handling your actions with your next account. I'm also going to say that I am refraining from any discussion about whether or not you are in fact pulling a scam or are one of the many scammers we have here in rhi.

No, i can understand why it looks like this i just did it to draw everyones attention to the main point of the screenshot.
Some pictures i had to crop becuase they were too big for the maximum file size.

Once items are traded away, you can't get them back. Support can't do anything about this situation and you were on Geeko after the scamming happened, so tell me why you can't get on now?

And i am sad to hear that support can not get items back, im sure they would be able to help with that in someway?

2) He claims he was hacked
3) He whines on forums, and bs's an event, and hopes people fall for it
4) He stages pictures and a bunch of other unfathomable
5) He will make a new acc, he has all the lux he scammed, and no one will know who he is
6) That, ladies and gents, is a scam.

You were on Geeko after the 'hack' 'scam' whatever you want to call it happened, why wouldn't you be able to access it now? If someone was genuinely scammed of their account, the first thing they would do when getting back on is change password.

Support have recovered my account and i changed the email and password.
It is now me on Geeko, but i have no items. Only my warden armour.
I also have lost about the same (little less) in money worth of items as arch.
So if support can also recover those ill tell arch and im sure he will be able to get his back as well.

Support won't give you anything back, but you owe arch 350k equivalent.

Problem with your theory is that im not going to make and play on a new account because i can't be bothered to level up to 80 again, so im either going to: Get my golden ice quiv and dia bow back from support (which i dont think will happen) or i will get nothing back and try to start saving again. Im not playing on any other account, (sometimes on Bankerman my alt/bank) if you want i can probably somehow screenshot my conversations with support and show that they did have to reset my account to recover it.
