Did he sell his account? Thought it was traded for some items to use on an alt which was let out who the alt was so he gave items to Cu and left to another server? So ban that account for what? Trading items?

Reports were sent in that he was scamming so he simply got banned.

He once unequipped his golden blade and said it was scammed so he asked to borrow my old bodkin for a bit.
I saw him soon after re-equip the blade.

Trading accounts for items or gold, or whatever the case, is against the ToS we all signed and results in accounts being banned, as stated by OTM.

Trading items across servers is fine I believe. So that part was fine.
